The use of Credit Cards was denied to us.

 I used a credit machine at Highland Meadows Auto to processed the cards that I had received for payment of Conference fees up to 5/13/08. 

Well on 5/15/08 the Credit Card processor informed Highland Meadows that they had frozen their account and that all credit transactions related to non business items that occurred on 5/13/08 must be backed, back out. 

So while I was required to be at the Conference  with all the numbers he had to wait until 5/20/08 for me to give Highland Meadows the refund amounts and credit numbers. His account remains frozen for 5-10 more days for your protection.

So on 5/20/08 all charges where refunded.

You should be able to verifier this Through the INTERNET connection to your account.

Sorry about any problems this has caused, but please send me a check for any amount you owe the Conference. If you are in doubt please call me to discuss this.
